Job Type: Full Time or Part Time

Main Purpose of Job:

You will be at the forefront of our stores driving SPARkling customer service. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting customers and ensuring the smooth transaction of goods in a retail setting. They help customers by answering questions regarding products or services, process the sale of merchandise in the store or online and supervise the regular restocking of the store’s product shelves.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Serving customers and dealing with enquiries
• Processing cash and card payments
• Promoting products based on the company’s directives
• Arranging products on the shelves and on promotional displays
• Unpacking and sorting new stock delivery
• Managing product inventory at the store
• Keeping the store clean
• Follow all companies policies and procedures
• Attends all training sessions
